We visited with my 6 month old baby for 6 days and received excellent customer service from the entire staff at the Rixos Istanbul. The concierge Mr. Nuri Bilge and Emre and Ameera provided excellent service everyday. They’re all so helpful and made our stay as comfortable as if we were at home. Thank you so much to the team and I already look forward to our next stay because of the amazing people working at the Rixos Istanbul!

Indira was helpful and welcomed us very well. She gave us recommendations and useful information and advises. Hotel is very centrally located. We went to city center very easily butwe wanted to go to the Kevok restaurant but it was full. It would be advisable to other guests to book a table before they go! Emre i s very friendly very smart gentleman! Very very smart!! We wish indira and emre a successful career in hospitality!

All the best in that hotel. Everywhere I Go in the world I prefer Rixos. But I like Rixos pera differently. We love Emre‘s suggedtions and Found the Galatasaray Tower easily. I was at Sultanahmet as well Today I am going to visit besiktas. In a nutshell Highway recommendef hotel!!

Amazing hotel, great staff , lovely location. We visited rooftop and view is very nice there. Mrs Indira who checked us in and out was very kind. Mr Bulut is working hard there special thanks to everyone and Emre! We will come back we hope to come back and we hope to get concierge service from Nuri!
